Big Black - Headache

$18.00

Headache is a 1987 EP by Chicago post-hardcore band Big Black. The record generated some controversy due to a cover photograph of a shotgun suicide victim whose head was split in half; it only appeared on a very limited edition of the record and was later replaced with a drawing by Savage Pencil.

1987's "Headache" was one of a slew of EPs released by Big Black around this time and set up the classic "Songs About Fucking" LP perfectly. It features four tracks of Steve Albini's harsh, noisy guitars with a pounding drum machine. Remastered by Mr. Albini and his fellow Shellac cohort Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering. 12"ep includes full EP download coupon.
