No returns on vinyl or comic books except in the case of a manufacturing defect, shipping error or if an item is out of stock.
For all other types of purchases, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We still reserve the right to refuse returns at our own discretion.
To start a return, you can contact us at Vinylfantasybk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Out of Stock Issues
We will automatically refund your order if an item is found to be out of stock in our shop. You will receive an automatic refund notice via the email you placed the order with. We cannot guarantee an item is in-stock as our inventory is in-store and online.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Manufacturer Defects: Upon review by the distributor or label, a refund or replacement may be given once it has been approved by said distributor/label. We cannot always guarantee a refund or replacement.
Any damages or losses that have occurred during shipment, cannot be refunded until the carrier has refunded us via shipping insurance. We are not and cannot be held responsible for any items once they are dropped off at the post office or access location.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, comic books, or vinyl.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
