A new larger format, expanded edition of the long out-of-print 2011 limited edition sketchbook. This new edition is two inches wider and taller than the 2011 edition and adds 24 new pages and color.

Created between 1997 and 2009, this sketchbook mixes casual flair and intense concentration according to a principle dear to Moebius: improvisation without a net.

The Major, the central character in this pseudo-story, evolves with humor and philosophy in a style echoing the 'Inside Moebius' series.

It's one more trip into the fabulous interconnected world of the Airtight Garage, and several guests make appearances in the pages of this book, including the likes of Lorenzo Mattotti, François Avril, André Juillard, William Vance, Sylvio Cadelo, as well as Isabelle Giraud and their children, Raphaël and Nausicaä.

This hardcover reproduces one entire Moebius' sketchbook filled between 1997 and 2009. The original sketchbook was displayed in the Moebius Transe-Forme exhibition in Paris in 2010-2011 and is now in the permanent collection of the Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain.
